It’s not in good condition, but the facade of the former Koningsveld & Zoon building is still striking above ground floor, tilting in and out in line with the windows in a concertina form. Koningsveld & Zoon were a printing firm who went into voluntary liquidation in 1980, and the building was designed by Hooper & Mayne. The date of construction seems to be unclear but there are photographs published in 1953*, which might be the answer.
